At MedWave Healthcare Staffing, we understand the frustrations you face when it comes to getting your licensing, credentialing and paperwork in order to work out of state. Our team is here to help you every step of the way to by answering questions, assisting in securing and completing documents, and more.

We created a streamlined compliance process to make it as straightforward as possible so you can hit the floor ASAP. Your recruiter will guide you through the process, and you are encouraged to call us if you have any questions or concerns. We are always available for our travels.

Compliance Requirements

Licensing and Certifications
Be sure you have a clear copy of your license(s) and certifications.
Drug Test and Background Check
MedWave will walk you through this process.
Vaccinations
Immunizations generally required are PPD, MMR Titers, Varicella Titer, Hep B Titer, and Flu Vaccine.
Physical Exam
Physicals are required annually and should be valid within one year of assignment start date.
General Documentation
Valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID, SS Card, etc.

Additional documents may be required depending on the facility. Once you have accepted a job, our compliance team will notify you via email with the documents that are required for that particular institution.
